DESCRIPTION
The world’s first cookbook, Concerning Culinary Matters (originally “De Re Coquinaria”), was written in the first century in Rome and we think there is no better place for you to start or continue your own cooking journey. Before your Italian cooking class in Rome, your chef guide will take you on a walking tour of the Eternal City’s food shops that ends at the city’s famous outdoor food market in Campo de' Fiori.
Your cooking class then takes place in a warm domestic environment while the accredited chefs you work with are professionals, all hailing from notable Italian cooking schools. Under the guidance of your fun and friendly instructor, immerse yourself in a day in the life of an Italian to discover the Eternal City’s gastronomic delights. Learn Italian cooking techniques you can use to prepare various Italian dishes and come away from the course with more than one new culinary skill with which to impress your friends back home.
Your Italian cooking class lasts approximately 3 hours. Afterwards you will have the opportunity to dine together, enjoying the meal you cooked accompanied by local wines.

➢ While transportation is not included, we will provide detailed information on how to arrive at the meeting point at the time of booking. At the end of the tour, your chef will also be more than happy to call a taxi for you or point you in the right direction.
